ROCHELLE HUGHES

Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Hypno-Doula and Breastfeeding Peer Counselor

Rochelle is our new addition to Welcome Baby! She is a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Hypno-doula. Rochelle's clients enjoy her peaceful energy and how thoroughly she prepares them for their birth experience. Rochelle loves to serve families looking to co-create their birth experience with their birth team. Her goal is to guide families with current, evidence-based information to help them make informed decisions. Her philosophy is that individualized care is key and that every pregnancy, birth and post partum experience is unique. Rochelle also serves as a Community Doula and childbirth educator at a local non profit, Uzazi Village.

Outside of doula work, Rochelle spends much of her time learning. She's always looking for new ways to serve her families. In her free time, her son, pups and husband keep her plenty busy. She enjoys travel, photography, yoga, reading, trying new restaurants, binge watching anything Shonda Rhimes creates and playing video games with her kiddo (or by herself).
